A shared, restricted workspace

Case records, uploaded appraisals, vehicle photographs, history reports, and generated analyses are shared with Ken Nix, Nico Nix, and Austin Nix. Upload only documents you are authorized to process and share with this team. This workspace is not public.

Document handling

Evidence is kept in private storage. Temporary viewing links expire after five minutes; anyone with an active link can view that file until it expires. Uploaded evidence is submitted to the configured AI service for appraisal analysis. Avoid uploading unnecessary personal information. Saved cases and analyses are retained until the team removes them; evidence files can be deleted from the case library.

AI-assisted, not independently verified

AI may misread documents or photographs. Review the original evidence and citations before sharing any critique. History statements are attributed to uploaded reports, not independently confirmed. Photos cannot establish mechanical or structural condition, and missing views do not prove concealed damage.

Carrier valuation reports supply context only. Leverage appraisal risks are internal and omitted from critique exports. Downloaded exports are outside the private workspace; you are responsible for their distribution.

This tool is not a formal appraisal, legal opinion, title certification, or physical inspection. Red flags do not establish misconduct. No affiliation with CCC, Mitchell, BeenVerified, or vehicle listing providers is implied.
